Welcome to our Lawn Mowing services in Peckham. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service Agreement
Our Lawn Mowing service includes regular maintenance of your lawn, ensuring it remains healthy and aesthetically pleasing. We commit to providing reliable, punctual, and high-quality services tailored to your specific needs.
Scope of Services
- Grass Cutting: Regular mowing to maintain an optimal grass height.
- Edging: Trimming around edges for a clean appearance.
- Debris Removal: Clearing clippings and other yard waste.
- Additional Services: Fertilizing, aeration, and pest control as per agreement.
Note: Any additional services not listed above will require a separate agreement and may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms
Payments for our Lawn Mowing services are due as follows:
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed monthly, on the first of each month.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.
- Late Payments: A late fee of £25 will be applied for payments not received within 14 days of the due date.
All invoices must be settled within the specified timeframe to avoid disruption of services.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of £20.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
Liability and Insurance
We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather events.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the property is available during scheduled service times.
- Clear the lawn of personal items, toys, and other obstacles prior to service.
- Inform us of any specific areas or plants that require special attention or protection.
Health and Safety
